Terms of delivery

We always ship with a tracking number.

Your order will be shipped with great care in a sturdy box + stiffeners and protective soft materials.

For all countries the handling time is up to 5 business days.

Delivery time to Europe is up to 14 days and it is always registered by tracking number.

Delivery time to the Americas, Asia, Australia and Africa is between 14 and 30 days, depending on location and it is always registered by tracking number.

Your order always has a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking number within 5 business days after your payment. Once the parcel arrives in the country of destination, it will be visible on your country's postal website.

The PayPal billing address and shipping address should match.

Please note if your delivery address does not match to your PayPal address: If you select shipping to a different address than your PayPal address, payment can only be made as Family and Friends. If the PayPal payment address and the shipping address do not match, we only accept PayPal Family and Friends payment.
