Granicus III, Better Days is the band's third release. Three members of the original group, drummer Joe Battaglia, guitarist Al Pinell, and bassist Dale Bedford, reformed and wrote new songs with guitarist Artie Cashin, who had appeared on the band's second record, " Liars, Thieves and Traitors ", and new vocalist Gerry Schultz. Original lead voice Woody Leffel opted not to participate in the third record project.
The third record departs from the band's style of the first two records just a bit.
Where the band had longer, flowing pieces previously, Better Days is more a collection of straight-ahead rock songs. Some sound similarities are still present, though, between this record and the previous two.
